0. Integration Fundamentals
Integration with menta's products is based on exchanging information related to your events and tickets. It is important to note that this initial "read-only" phase of information by menta does not involve any modifications for the end user.
Once menta receives this information, we will make the events available on the Rule Management Dashboard, where you can activate or deactivate menta’s various products and configure their settings.
Additionally, you can set default configurations (e.g., if Organizer A chooses to have TicketShield enabled by default for all their events, every event created by that organizer will automatically have TicketShield enabled from the moment of creation).
We recommend implementing a function in your backend to generate the data models needed to integrate with menta. For more information, see What are the main entities managed by menta tech?.
